Please take the time to follow through our donation request process, as a complete submission is required for your application to be considered.
Before you get started, it's important that you first read our Donation Guidelines:
DONATION GUIDELINES:
1. Your request must be made on behalf of a non-profit, tax exempt organization as recognized by the IRS. Proof of this status will be required prior to receiving a donation.
2. You will be required to submit a copy of your daily ABC license prior to receiving a wine donation.
3. All requests will be assessed in accordance with the following calendar:

*Requests will be reviewed following deadline date, regardless of when they are submitted.
4. Please note, we focus on charitable causes that benefit animal welfare related causes.
